Rachael Moser is a Crew Chief/System Engineer for Clair Global. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Rachael moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2006 to attend Belmont University and pursue a career in audio. Since starting at Clair Global in 2010, Rachael would turn her part-time job checking cables into a now over 10-year career with Clair. Rachael would continue to work in the shop for a few years, specializing in building wireless and comm systems, before making the transition to the Clair road staff in 2013. Rachael has continued to tour and work large scale events but still calls Nashville home. She has worked with teams from Chris Stapleton, Sheryl Crow, Eric Church, Blake Shelton, Cam,
Keith Urban, Farm Aid festival and several CMT festivals.

Leslie Ann Jones is a trailblazer and Multiple Grammy-winning Recording Engineer. A most respected and revered engineer among her peers with a career spanning decades, Leslie has had the pleasure of working with many incredibly talented artists at several historic studios and is presently Director of Music Recording and Scoring at Skywalker Sound, where she’s been since 1997.
To say Leslie's list of accomplishments is impressive is an understatement. Here are a few:
- Recording Engineer at ABC Studios in Los Angeles 1975
- Engineer at the legendary Automatt Studios in San Francisco, 1977
- National Officer of National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences
- Sound engineer and Road manager for Fanny, in the 1970s
- Multiple time Grammy Award nominee and FIVE-time Grammy Award Winner for:
- 2003- Winner for Best Chamber Music Album- The Kronos Quartet, ‘Berg: Lyric Suite’
- 2005-Winner Best Jazz Vocal Album- Dianne Reeves, ‘ Good Night and Good Luck’
- 2010- Winner Best Engineered Album, Classical- Quincy Porter, Complete Viola Works
- 2018 was inducted into the TEC Awards Hall of Fame.

Arica Rust is a live sound engineer specializing in systems engineering. She currently freelances under her company Wavelength Engineering and works with companies such as Solotech, Sound On Stage, Creative Technology, and more. Her experience ranges from a diverse clientele from touring with artists such as Seventeen, Sarah McLachlan, and Hillsong United among others to high-profile corporate events for companies such as IBM, Oracle, and Salesforce. Recently she has been getting more involved with education in audio and also is an active member and blogger for Soundgirls.

Meegan attended the California Institute of the Arts (“CalArts”) and graduated from their technical theater program in 1993. She has worked in the live sound industry for over 25 years and spent 19 of them working for Delicate Productions. In 2016, she was hired to start the Los Angeles branch of international audio company 8th Day Sound where she is both General Manager (GM) and a Sales Representative.
