Kelly Kramarik is an extremely versatile freelance audio engineer based in Denver, CO. With a degree in Advertising, Theatre, and Music Technology, Kelly goes beyond sound design to understand all aspects of production. Her Master's Degree in Recording Arts from the University of Colorado, Denver brings another level of professionalism and experience.
Versatility is crucial to be a successful audio engineer. Working as a podcast engineer at Legal Talk Network, an audio engineer at Starz, and a freelance recording and mixing engineer, Kelly understands how audio differs across platforms, audiences, and topics. Additionally, Kelly has experience working as a production sound mixer and post production mixer, expanding her scope and ability to work in any stage of audio production. Kelly understands the delicacy needed for classical concerts but also the impact of dialogue in the film industry.
Kelly is proud to be a woman in audio, helping balance audio's mainly male-dominated industry. She brings new perspective, insight, and skill to each project she touches. Her ability to get along well with others and make every project as smooth and enjoyable of a process as possible makes her an invaluable asset to any team.

Heather Augustine is an audio engineer currently touring around the US with Broadway-style shows. She graduated from Penn State University with a BFA in Theatrical Design and Technology, with an emphasis on Sound Design, and has been on the road for the past 8 years. During her touring career, she has worked on a variety of shows including Billy Elliot, Dirty Dancing, Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, and Miss Saigon. Currently, she is the A1 for the first national tour of Mean Girls.

“Using my background in dance and physical theatre, I enhance the characters, timing and textures of a films sound track. I have worked as a sound designer on many live action and animated tv series. Being in the mix and creating with the directors and musicians has helped me to better integrate my foley sound effects on feature films. The ‘source’ is the base of the recording process. Bringing real, organic objects into the recording studios and playing along with picture, under severe time restraints, is quite the recording session.”

Mary Broadbent is a Tour Manager, Production Manager, and Guitar-Backline Tech who’s been in the music touring industry for 16+ years. She’s tour managed for artists such as Clairo, The Mowglis, Magic Giant, The Staves, Loote, Wrabel, and production managed/stage-managed the festival Girlschool and She Rocks Awards 2018 & 2020. In 2015 she added Guitar-Backline teching to her skillset working for Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Against Me!, Plain White T’s, and Tegan and Sara. She serves as a TM/PM mainly but pulls double duty Tour Managing & Teching when tours require it. She lives in Los Angeles, and during this 'pause' in the touring industry she's been working as a Covid Compliance Officer for the ABC/Disney Show REBEL, while also keeping up with her new corgi pup and writing music.

Patrushkha Mierzwa has worked on over 80 movies and television shows for major directors including Robert Rodriquez, Quentin Tarantino, James Gray, and Robert Altman. She has been a judge for the Emmys, IATSE Sound Local 695 director, and given workshops in Los Angeles, New York City, China, Norway, England, Ireland and Holland. Her Sound Oscar-nominated shows are Ad Astra and Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood. Patrushkha is one of the first women boom operators in Hollywood and has just published the definitive book on being a Utility Sound Technician, Behind the Sound Cart: A Veteran’s Guide to Sound on the Set.

As a musician, mix engineer, and music technologist, Jess Jacobs is a Los Angeles-based creative with a massive range of skills and experience to manage and team up with other artists looking to boost their production to the next level.
Jess is often at the forefront of the latest technology such as Livestream production, MIDI/OSC/Ableton/ClyphX programming, and integrating lighting & video technology with music performances. Jess has worked with a wide range of artists such as Pussy Riot, Eloheem, Ella May, Imogen Heap, The Glitch Mob, and Lizzo.
With training from the New England Conservatory of Music, the music technology program at New York University, and courses at Berklee, she continues to innovate and experiment with the latest technology. She regularly partners with modern music programs and vendors such as Ableton, IOMusic Academy, Electronic Creatives' TransMute accelerator, and more.
As an artist, Jess Jacobs is gifted vocally and is also a multi-instrumentalist. Playing guitar, bass, horns, drums and innovates unique beats and arrangements. She is a solo artist and is also part of the LA-based band Modern Panic, and Boston-based band Band without Hands. She composes podcast soundtracks and produces several podcasts in their entirety.
