As a musician, mix engineer, and music technologist, Jess Jacobs is a Los Angeles-based creative with a massive range of skills and experience to manage and team up with other artists looking to boost their production to the next level.
Jess is often at the forefront of the latest technology such as Livestream production, MIDI/OSC/Ableton/ClyphX programming, and integrating lighting & video technology with music performances. Jess has worked with a wide range of artists such as Pussy Riot, Eloheem, Ella May, Imogen Heap, The Glitch Mob, and Lizzo.
With training from the New England Conservatory of Music, the music technology program at New York University, and courses at Berklee, she continues to innovate and experiment with the latest technology. She regularly partners with modern music programs and vendors such as Ableton, IOMusic Academy, Electronic Creatives' TransMute accelerator, and more.
As an artist, Jess Jacobs is gifted vocally and is also a multi-instrumentalist. Playing guitar, bass, horns, drums and innovates unique beats and arrangements. She is a solo artist and is also part of the LA-based band Modern Panic, and Boston-based band Band without Hands. She composes podcast soundtracks and produces several podcasts in their entirety.

Los Angeles-based mastering engineer and vinyl cutter, Jett Galindo of The Bakery, has worked on albums spanning a wide array of genres and artists--Jamila Woods, the La La Land OST, Barbra Streisand, Weezer, to name a few. Graduating with summa cum laude honors from Berklee College of Music, Jett joined the famed Mastering Lab in 2013 as the sole right-hand woman to pioneer mastering engineer Doug Sax. She worked on various notable vinyl releases including Pink Floyd’s final album “Endless River”. Most recently through The Bakery, Jett has helped pave the way for the growing audiophile releases in the video game industry, mastering award-winning releases such as Lena Raine's Minecraft: Nether Update OST and Rozen & Reven's Legend of Zelda "Children of Termina" album. Outside of mastering, Jett also serves as a contributing writer for various trade publications and organizations (iZotope’s LEARN portal, Women in Sound, SoundGirls, etc.).

Kimberley Thomas is a multi-faceted production individual currently residing in Tennessee. Originally from the UK, Kimberley strives to be a Jane-of-all-trades while having a lot of fun doing it. She has a BS in Show Production from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL and is currently working on her Masters in Entertainment Business. Her previous positions have included working for House of Blues, Williamson County Performing Arts Center, Parx Casino, and Princess Cruises. For the past year she has been part of the media communications team for a baptist church in southeast Tennessee, focusing on the coordination and execution of their live creative productions.

Claire Murphy is a backline tech and tour manager. Prior to the pandemic she just finished up a support tour with P!nk in stadiums across Europe. Clair has worked most recently with Vance Joy, she has done backline and tour management for the likes of Tegan & Sara, Elle King, Ravonettes, Babes in Toyland, and the Dum Dum Girls to name a few.
Claire has worked with the Soundgirls to promote and encourage women as a SG mentor. She also runs a business providing storage to the music industry in London.
Outside of touring she enjoys living at the beach with her partner and 12 year old rescue dog. She’s also been known to compete in triathlons including Ironman's. Whilst on tour, she frequents coffee shops!

Hailing from Los Angeles, Karrie has spent the last 30 years as the monitor engineer for Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder. Karrie started out doing sound for punk bands in Los Angeles in 1986 under the tutelage of Dave Rat of Rat Sound, where she spent twenty years helping to establish the company. She was able to gain an immense amount of hands-on experience and technical knowledge at Rat, which eventually led to her becoming the monitor engineer for The Red Hot Chili Peppers from 1990-2000. She first met and started working with Pearl Jam who opened for Red Hot Chili Peppers on their 1991-1992 Blood Sugar Sex Magic Tour. She has worked with Sonic Youth, Fugazi, and Neil Young.

Grace Royse is a 18-year veteran of the music industry with a concentration in production management. Her experiences span thousands of festivals, tours and live broadcasted performances worldwide, including the US open, Good Morning America, Ellen, LA/ NYC/ World Pride and the Super Bowl. Being on both sides of the event experience; touring with headlining A-level artists globally, and hosting artists as on-site Festival PM, understanding the needs of both sides gives her an exceptional operational vantage point. Grace credits her network of top performing colleagues and their shared values for making every successful event possible.

Laura Clapp Davidson heads up the retail market development team for Shure. She brings passion and a knowledge of gear that comes from over 15 years in the MI industry. When she isn’t talking about music equipment, she’s singing or playing through it as a professional singer/songwriter. Laura lives in her hometown of Guilford, CT with her two daughters, two dogs, two rabbits and one very patient husband.

Maxime Brunet is a freelance Front of House engineer, tour manager and monitor engineer. She has worked with artists such as Wolf Parade, Operators and TR/ST. Maxime also developed an introduction to live sound class for womxn, which she has taught in several cities in Canada.
