Karol Urban CAS, MPSE, NATAS has served directors and producers as a re-recording mixer for television and feature films since 1999. Focusing principally on documentaries early in her career in Washington DC, she now lives in Los Angeles where she currently mixes for television and film. She describes her job as "playing mind games with sound." As a perpetual student of her craft, she enjoys exploring the power sound has to immersive the viewer in the narrative. She is also an involved member of her community having served on the Television Academy's Governor's Peer Group for Sound Mixing, organized events for The LA Sound Group, and served as a blue ribbon panel judge for the Motion Picture Sound Editors Golden Reels. Karol acted as content editor of the CAS Quarterly and served as a board member for the Cinema Audio Society before being elected as President of the organization in 2019. She enjoys educational outreach and has moderated panels for Mix's Sound for Film Event, various FYC campaigns, and AMPAS.
Some of her recent credits include: Stephen King’s The Stand, Grey’s Anatomy, Single Parents, Big Sky, and Project Bluebook.

With over 20 years of concert production experience, Mike Bangs has spent most of his career as a Touring Monitor Engineer and Production Manager. On tour with acts such as Aerosmith, Eric Clapton, Katy Perry, Tom Petty, Kid Rock, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Nick Jonas, Bangs has developed extensive real-world experience and has mixed well over 1000 shows across the globe. As an early adopter of live digital mixing, Bangs provided training and support for engineers switching from analog to many of the first large format digital consoles starting in 2004. In 2011, he adopted Allen & Heath as his console of choice for consistent touring, leading to a close relationship with the manufacturer. At the end of 2015, Bangs was added to the team as the Allen & Heath USA Live Sound/Touring Manager to support the unique needs of touring professionals on the groundbreaking new dLive mix system. In addition to his role at A&H, Bangs works as Monitor Engineer for George Strait and as an industry educator.

Audrey is the Co-owner of Audio for the Arts, Wisconsin-based recording studio specializing in acoustic music, Audrey Martinovich is a trusted engineer and producer for artists in the Midwest and beyond. She became the first female contributor to Pro Tools Expert in 2017, and a year later, was a finalist to receive the award for Breakthrough Studio Engineer from Pro Sound Europe. She has spoken and been on panels at Between the Waves Music Conferences, Empowering Women in Audio Clinics, and E-Women’s Network. Audrey is a Warm Audio artist, member of SoundGirls, AES, and a voting member of the Recording Academy.
